You and Eastman Kodak Company (the “Company”) enter into this form of employment contract that is pleasing to both parties (this “Agreement” which will be effective on February 20, 2019 (effective date) and will set the terms of your position as Executive Chairman of the Company for the duration set forth below. This Executive Chairman Agreement (this Agreement), including Annex A and Annex B, which are subcontracts for all purposes, between Glori Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Kevin P. Guilbeau with respect to his service as a member of the Company`s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (“Executive Chairman”) applies effective October 8. 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
